Services

Behavioral Health Services, Workforce Development, and Government Services.

What Do We Do?

Military family life Counseling

Military Family Life counselors assist eligible participants with circumstances occurring across the military life cycle and aim to enhance operational and family readiness across all branches (Army, Airforce, Marines, Navy).

MFLC services are grounded in a preventative model. The knowledge and skills provided by the MFLCs strengthen service members' and their families' readiness and resilience by reducing the stressors of the military life cycle.

Training and Development

When your staff thrives, so does your business, and we care about both. We help our clients design processes, build teams from scratch, and manage them daily. With these solutions, our clients can focus on what matters most: providing excellent care to the individuals they serve.

  • Workforce analysis

  • Personnel performance benchmarking and improvement

  • Competency and Leadership development

  • Learning strategy establishment

  • Coaching and mentoring

  • Communication planning

  • Resourcing and retention

  • Workforce environment continuous evaluation

  • Clinical supervision groups for pre-licensed providers

Data-Driven Program and Curriculum Development

HRR is data-driven. Our experts develop and implement customized, comprehensive, evidence-informed programming, psychotherapy, workshops, and retreat training events. We create programs and materials responsive to the issues identified by utilizing aggregate data collected from surveys, assessments, program evaluation feedback, and command/leadership inputs.

  • We design and deliver curricula appropriate to age, population, and individual needs.

  • We create resilience trainings that are flexible and can be modified to meet each location's individual needs and specific requirements based on assessments and feedback provided.

We develop a variety of educational materials, displays, and presentations on specific subject areas related to the military family needs.

Quality Assurance

Once the programming is delivered, we want to know how these interventions have affected the individuals we serve. Are they getting better?

We provide evidenced based quality assurance by

  • Utilizing metric-based outcome measures

  • Ensuring all clinicians are properly trained to administer, score, and analyze evidenced-based clinical assessment tools

  • Organizational use of the analyzed data to inform programs, treatment, and services

  • Impact analysis

  • Program evaluation

Work Force Development and Staffing Solutions

HRR streamlines the provision of the Personnel Life Cycle by providing staffing and recruiting, Distribution (Manpower), Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Retention, Sustainment, and Employee Relations to meet operational needs.

Staffing and Recruiting:

We have a staff of experienced recruiters & account managers that all have experience as licensed clinicians with over two decades of experience in various healthcare settings and therefore understand the unique needs of other clinicians in the job market.

We utilize established screening methods to identify candidates who are the best fit for the job. Instead of posting a job listing and hoping the most qualified fit applies, our recruiters are proactively reaching out to select candidates with resumes that fit the job requirements.

We take time to not only get to know specific job and requirements of the role but also the company culture and structure for whom we are recruiting.

We do more than simply identify talent – we handle:

  • The search

  • Candidate curation

  • Onboarding

  • Benefits & Payroll

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Services

  • Reporting and Analytics

Briefings, Presentations, and Conference Planning

HRR facilitates workshops, briefings, and command presentations. We ensure all counselors are trained as effective presenters with facilitation skills geared towards the military community and clinically trained to provide appropriate assessments to determine when a referral beyond prevention activities is needed.

We provide program planning and support to:

  • Operation Purple Camps

  • Yellow Ribbon events

  • Wounded warrior transition programs

  • 3–4-day Resiliency Retreats

  • Military and First Responder Couples Retreats
