Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services
Health Readiness Resources’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers consultation with a local licensed provider and/or telephonic support with one of our master’s-level clinicians. Access to services is available 365 days a year.
All appointments are scheduled with professional counselors, and services are available when needed. Counseling services are accessible for issues affecting employees, dependents, and household members. The issues we assist our members with include, but are not limited to:

HRR streamlines the Personnel Life Cycle by providing staffing and recruiting, distribution (manpower), training and development, compensation and benefits administration, retention, sustainment, and employee relations to meet operational needs.
Staffing and Recruiting:
We have a staff of experienced recruiters and account managers who are licensed clinicians with over two decades of experience in various healthcare settings. This allows us to understand the unique needs of clinicians in today’s job market.
We utilize established screening methods to identify candidates who are the best fit for each role. Rather than posting a job listing and hoping the most qualified candidate applies, our recruiters proactively reach out to select candidates whose résumés match the job requirements.
We take the time to understand not only the specific job requirements but also the company culture and organizational structure of the clients for whom we recruit.

HRR facilitates workshops, briefings, command presentations, and leadership coaching. We ensure all counselors are trained as effective presenters with facilitation skills tailored to mental health care and are clinically trained to provide appropriate assessments to determine when referrals beyond prevention services are necessary.

National Provider Network
HRR Behavioral Health maintains a network of licensed behavioral health providers across all 50 states and select international locations. All providers in the HRR Behavioral Health EAP Affiliate Network are required to consistently submit training, licensure, and related documentation to our credentialing department.
Due to their extensive experience, our counselors provide assistance for a wide range of concerns. In addition, counselors are trained in a supportive, short-term, solution-focused EAP model that includes comprehensive assessments, short-term problem-solving strategies, and referrals for extended or specialized care when needed.
