Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services
Health Readiness Resources’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers consultation with a local licensed provider and/or telephonic support with one of our master’s level clinicians. Access to services is available 365 days a year
All appointments are scheduled with professional counselors and service is available when needed. Counseling services are accessable for issues affecting employees, dependents, and their household members. The issues we assist our members with include, but are not limited to:

Staffing and Recruiting:
We have a staff of experienced recruiters & account managers that all have experience as licensed clinicians with over two decades of experience in various healthcare settings and therefore understand the unique needs of other clinicians in the job market.
We utilize established screening methods to identify candidates who are the best fit for the job. Instead of posting a job listing and hoping the most qualified fit applies, our recruiters are proactively reaching out to select candidates with resumes that fit the job requirements.
We take time to not only get to know specific job and requirements of the role but also the company culture and structure for whom we are recruiting.

National Provider Network
HRR BH has a network of licensed behavioral health providers in all 50 states and select international locations. All providers in the HRR Behavioral Health EAP Affiliate Network are required to submit their training, licensure, and relative documentation to our credentialing department consistently. Due to extensive experience, our counselors provide assistance for a multitude of problems. In addition, counselors are skilled in a supportive short-term solution-focused EAP model that provides complete assessments, short-term problem-solving techniques, and referrals for additional resources for extended or specialized care.
